Inspiring Innovation in Further Education and Training Conference

LMETB and Meath Partnership cordially invite you to attend the Inspiring Innovation in Further Education and Training Conference.

The conference will take place on Thursday, 26th October 2017in the Pillo Hotel, Ashbourne, Co. Meath from 9.30am until 2pm.

The conference will showcase how the InEcVET project supported the development of innovation in local education and training services in Meath and Louth and will provide local communities with the prospect to find out about the availability of learning opportunities on your doorstep and the positive impact FET training can have on communities in Meath and Louth.

The conference will also showcase how innovation in education can be achieved to reduce the real world distance between the world education and the world of work.

Minister Regina Doherty, T.D. will officially launch the Innovation Ecosystems policy paper followed by a keynote address by Dr. Bryan Fields, Director of Strategy and Research at SOLAS on the topic of “Addressing the Skills Mismatch – Aligning the Needs of Business to Education and Training in Ireland.”
